Drivers control the speed and direction of their vehicles as they ride down a 1.4-kilometre, specially-designed paved trail. There's plenty of room for both the reckless and the timid on this 4 metre-wide run.

More than 900 participants will ride on the mountain during this weekend. The country's top athletes will try to bypass rocks, roots and mud during the thrilling cross-country and downhill challenges. 18-22
